Introduction
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by The Pilot Pen Company (UK) Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter
The competition is only open to KS2 students who are residents of the United Kingdom. Teachers aged 18+ are required to select and submit the artwork on behalf of the participating students. Pilot employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you and your school. There is a limit of one entry per person (per pupil) and the competition is completely free to enter.
The Prize
The main prize is having ‘your’ (the pupil) submission featured in the Pilot Make Your Mark Campaign that will appear on the big screens across London and on social media.
The bonus prize is 4 x Pilot class packs containing 30 x Pilot pencil cases filled with Pilot pens which will be randomly selected from the submissions. The teacher incentive prize is a Pilot V Board Master white board marker pack (issued to the first 100x schools to submit an entry).
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so Pilot's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
Main prize winners (pupils) will be selected by Pilot Pen UK on the basis of creativity and relevance to the brand and the campaign. Bonus prizes will be randomly selected by Pilot Pen UK and notified via the email address provided on or before 10th May. The teachers of the main prize-winning student artworks will be notified via email.
Pilot will make two attempts to contact the winners of the 4 x bonus prizes via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize and Pilot reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Pilot for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@pilotpen.co.uk.
If requested by Pilot, the winner agrees to release their first name, age and school to any other competition participants.
Winners agree to let their first name and age appear on/beside the artwork in any and all formats related to the Make your Mark campaign. Copyright to the entries will remain with the entrant but the entrant licences The Pilot Pen Company (UK) Ltd and Pilot Corporation of Europe to use a digitised version of their submission to promote the brand across all advertising, websites and social media in perpetuity.
Limitation of Liability
Pilot accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Pilot reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
